SENATE OF PENNSYLVANIA Committee Designation Under the Regulatory Review Act--Senate [39 Pa.B. 671]
[Saturday, February 7, 2009]Under the provisions of Act 181 of 1982, as amended and reenacted, known as the Regulatory Review Act, as President Pro Tempore of the Senate, I hereby designate the following standing committees for the purpose of regulatory review as authorized in the act.
The designated standing committee for any departmental board, commission, committee, and other agency not listed herein shall be the standing committee listed for that department. The Committee on Rules and Executive Nominations shall be the designated standing committee for the purpose of regulatory review for any other agency not specifically listed.
