Copies may be purchased upon payment of $35 per set (Do not add State tax) by check or P. O. Money Order (No Cash) payable to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Attention: Secretary-Treasurer's Office, P. O. Box 67676, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7676. No refund for any reason will be made for plans, specifications and contract documents.
A Prequalification Certification and Maximum Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Committee of the Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
