No. 98-80018 [28 Pa.B. 646] Order And Now, to wit, this 15th day of January, 1998, it is hereby ordered and decreed that a seventy five dollar ($75.00) bench warrant fee will be included as a court cost against all defendants for whom a bench warrant is issued for their arrest. The authority for this fee is controlled by 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9728(g).
