Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania, Inc.; Increase in Base Rates and Proposed Rates for New Endorsements; Rate Filing

 On January 15, 2016, the Insurance Department (Department) received from the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania, Inc. (Rating Bureau) a filing for rate level changes for title insurance.

 The Rating Bureau requests an overall 12.5% increase, to be effective April 1, 2016. The filing also proposes rates for eight new endorsements.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 14, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed effective by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the header ''Companies,'' select ''Industry Activity,'' then select ''PA Bulletin Notices'' found in the ''Product and Rate Activity'' section.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Bojan Zorkic, Insurance Department, Office of Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [e-mail] within 15 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
