   A pre-review telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for February 14, 2005. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before February 2, 2005. A date for a review shall be determined, if necessary, at the prereview telephone conference.

   No pre-review memoranda or other written submissions are required for the pre-review conference; however, the parties are encouraged to discus settlement and possible stipulations pending the conference.
