STATE ETHICS COMMISSION Public Meeting [36 Pa.B. 669] Under 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 1101--1113 (relating to the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act) (act), the State Ethics Commission (Commission) is required to hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent individual subjects to the provisions of the act and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct a public meeting on February 23, 2006, at 9 a.m. in Room 307, Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA for purposes of receiving said input and for the conduct of other agency business. Public officials, public employees, organizations and members of the general public may attend.
