Technical Advisory Committee on Diesel-Powered Equipment; Special Meeting [37 Pa.B. 590]
[Saturday, February 3, 2007]The Technical Advisory Committee on Diesel-Powered Equipment will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 12, 2007, at 10 a.m. in the Fayette County Health Center, 100 New Salem Road, Uniontown, PA 15401. The purpose of the meeting is to address ''Conditions of Use'' for diesel-powered equipment in slope and shaft construction operations in mines in this Commonwealth.
