INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Homeowners Loss Cost Level Revision; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 1298] On February 5, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for homeowners insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 1.8% decrease in loss cost effective October 1, 2004.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 5, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
