[Saturday, February 24, 2007]On January 9, 2007, James Monroe Company, license no. RB051313C, of Plymouth Meeting, Montgomery County and James M. Zinkand, license nos. RS098423A, AB041750A, RB041750A and RM041750A, of Ft. Washington, Montgomery County, had their licenses automatically suspended based on findings that a payment totaling $9,495 was made from the Real Estate Recovery Fund to satisfy the claim of Fox and Roach, LP d/b/a/ Prudential Fox and Roach, who has uncollectible civil judgments against them.

This final order represents the final State Real Estate Commission (Commission) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commission with a copy of the petition for review.
