Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) with approximately 6,500 to 9,000 net usable square feet of new or existing warehouse space suitable to house a PLCB maintenance operation within the city of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County. Facility must have an overhead bay door, a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet, off-street parking for a minimum of four vehicles, and easy access to traffic routes and I-81.
