   The Township of Paradise and Lake Swiftwater, Inc. have appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES permit to Aventis Pasteur, Inc. for a facility in Pocono Township, Monroe County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.
