A complaint has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code. The complaint concerns the crossing where State Route 895 crosses, at-grade, a track of Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad in the Borough of New Ringgold, Schuylkill County.
