FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Additional Restrictions on Fish and Boat Commission Property [27 Pa.B. 972] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.18, has established the following additional restrictions on Fish and Boat Commission property:
County Area Additional Restrictions Carbon Mauch Chunk Lake Park The use or possession of beer and alcoholic beverages is prohibited. This additional restriction shall be effective when posted at the site and shall remain in effect until further notice.
