 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-15-001, Dated January 9, 2015. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the Association of Liquor Enforcement Supervisors Meet and Discuss Unit (K5). The MOU provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2015.

 Resolution No. CB-15-002, Dated January 15, 2015. Authorizes the labor agreement entered into between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2017.
