Application for Approval to Acquire Control [34 Pa.B. 1001] Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc. has filed an application to acquire control of Valley Forge Life Insurance Company, a Commonwealth domiciled stock life insurance company. The filing was made under the Insurance Holding Companies Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401--1413). Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 20 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. A written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
