DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Bariatric Care Center of Pennsylvania for Exception [32 Pa.B. 664] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Bariatric Care Center of Pennsylvania has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 153.1 (relating to minimum standards), which requires compliance with minimum standards contained in the following publication: Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities. The facility specifically requests exemption from the following standards contained in this publication: 7.30.B2 (relating to the dimensions of elevator cars).
The request is on file with the Department. The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
