RiverSource Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for LTC Forms [41 Pa.B. 987]
[Saturday, February 19, 2011]RiverSource Life Insurance Company (previously called IDS Life Insurance Company) is requesting approval to increase the premium 10% on Long Term Care policy forms 30160A-PA and 32100-PA. A total of 1,671 policyholders in this Commonwealth will be affected by this rate adjustment.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 5, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
