No. CF11-01-016 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for March 29, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before March 25, 2011. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing telephone conference.
Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before March 14, 2011, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before March 28, 2011.
