   The Estate of Charles Peters, et al. has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of NPDES Permit No. PA 0037290 to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for a facility in Lehman Township, Pike County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.
