Election by 3rd Fed Bank to Exercise Conditional Powers [42 Pa.B. 939]
[Saturday, February 18, 2012]Effective on the date of this publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, under an election by 3rd Fed Bank, authorized by section 513(b) of the Banking Code of 1965 (code) (7 P. S. § 513(b)), 3rd Fed Bank is hereby granted the conditional powers described in sections 504(b)(xiii) and 506(a)(iv)(B) and (vi) of the code (7 P. S. §§ 504(b)(xiii)and 506(a)(iv)(B) and (vi)), to be exercised only with the prior written approval of the Department of Banking.
