[Saturday, February 16, 2008]Notice is hereby given that John Charles Vassar having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of New York by Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, dated September 24, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Disbarred John Charles Vassar from the practice of law in this Commonwealth, effective March 5, 2008. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
