[Saturday, February 13, 2010]On December 23, 2009, Yen Nga Thi Vo, license no. CQ111254, of Leominster, MA, was revoked and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,000, because she obtained her license by dishonest or unethical means.

This adjudication and order represents the State Board of Cosmetology's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
