Water Resources Advisory Committee; Special Meeting Notice [40 Pa.B. 938]
[Saturday, February 13, 2010]The Water Resources Advisory Committee (WRAC) will hold a special meeting on March 17, 2010 beginning at 9:30 a.m., Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the draft-final Chapter 102 Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management regulatory package and request formal action from WRAC to move the package on to the Environmental Quality Board.
The agenda and meeting materials for this meeting will be available through the Public Participation Center on the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) web site at www.depweb.state.pa.us.
