 The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) has issued a report regarding energy conserva- tion and utility ratemaking policies that can be found at http://www.puc.state.pa.us/general/regulatoryinfo/arra.aspx. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Working Group Final Report is part of the Commission's ARRA Investigation at Doc. No. I-2009-2099881. The report provides the positions of working group members regarding the requirements of the ARRA, as well as extensive analysis regarding aligning energy conservation goals with utility ratemaking policies. The public is invited to comment on the report as part of the ARRA Investigation. Comments are due on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Reply comments are due Thursday, March 10, 2011. Comments should be filed with the Secretary of the Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265. Reference Doc. No. I-2009-2099881 as comments or reply comments to the ARRA Working Group Final Report.
