Title 25—ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD [ 25 PA. CODE CH. 250 ] Corrective Amendment to 25 Pa. Code Chapter 250, Appendix A, Tables 1, 2, 3b and 4b [41 Pa.B. 840]
[Saturday, February 12, 2011]The Department of Environmental Protection has discovered a discrepancy between the agency text of 25 Pa. Code Chapter 250 Appendix A, Tables 1, 2, 3b and 4b, as deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau, and the official text published at 41 Pa.B. 230 (January 8, 2011) and text which will be codified in the March 2011 Pennsylvania Code Reporter (Master Transmittal Sheet No. 436). Amendments to the tables made by the agency were not included in the final-form rulemaking published at 41 Pa.B. 230.
Therefore, under 45 Pa.C.S. § 901: The Department of Environmental Protection has deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau a corrective amendment to 25 Pa. Code Chapter 250 Appendix A, Tables 1, 2, 3b and 4b. The corrective amendment to 25 Pa. Code Chapter 250 Appendix A, Tables 1, 2, 3b and 4b is effective as of January 8, 2011, the date the defective official text was printed in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The correct versions of 25 Pa. Code Chapter 250 Appendix A, Tables 1, 2, 3b and 4b appear in Annex A, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the tables.
