Jeffrey Moeller having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three months by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated December 9, 2009, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated January 19, 2011 suspending G. Jeffrey Moeller from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three months, effective February 18, 2011. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
