PUBLIC WELFAREHealthChoices Behavioral Health Program Expansion to Lehigh/Capital Zone [30 Pa.B. 822] HealthChoices is the name of Pennsylvania's 1915(b) waiver program to provide mandatory managed health care to Medical Assistance recipients. The Department of Public Welfare, in preparation for the expansion of the HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program to the Lehigh/Capital zone (Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Northampton, Perry and York counties), is making the following preliminary materials available:
