[Saturday, February 11, 2012]Operation Help the Children is ordered to cease and desist from soliciting charitable contributions in this Commonwealth until Operation Help the Children responds to the Bureau of Charitable Organizations' requests for information and duly registers or provides information that the organization is excluded or exempt from registration under the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act (10 P. S. §§ 162.1—162.22).
