Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Ambulatory Endoscopic Surgical Center of Bucks County has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 555.31 (relating to principle).
The request is on file with the Department.
