   Notice is hereby given that Michael David Rostoker having been disbarred from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by Order of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, Suffolk County, entered July 6, 2005, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on January 26, 2006, disbarring Michael David Rostoker from the Bar of this Commonwealth, retroactive to March 24, 2005. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
