PUBLIC WELFAREHealth Choices [26 Pa.B. 633] The Department of Public Welfare is releasing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the HealthChoices Program, which will expand mandatory managed care to include Medical Assistance recipients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Copies of the draft RFP are available as of Monday, February 12, 1996, in Room 106, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, and in the County Assistance Offices listed below. Public meetings will be held in March to receive comment on this draft document. The location, date and times for these public meetings will be announced in a later edition of the Pennsylvania Bulletin and in local newspapers.
