Filing for 65 Plus I Prescription Drug Program Rates; Filing No. 1-65P-97-WP [27 Pa.B. 686] Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield submitted filing number 1-65P-97-WP for Insurance Department approval. The filing establishes new monthly rate of $56.98 from the current rate of $44.10, effective April 1, 1997 for those enrolled in the 65 Plus I Prescription Drug Program. This gives a requested rate increase of 29.2% effective April 1, 1997. The current rate of $44.10 was approved effective January 1, 1994. Approximately 60,000 subscribers are covered under this program.
Copies are available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's Offices in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Erie.
