MD056630L, of Girard, Erie County, had her license indefinitely suspended for no less than 3 years, retroactive to April 22, 2014, based on her violation of a previous State Board of Medicine (Board) order.

This final order represents the Board's decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
