Stream Redesignation Evaluation of Laurel Run, Rapid Run, White Deer Hole Creek and Hyner Run; Water Quality Standards Review [45 Pa.B. 6933]
[Saturday, December 5, 2015]Under 25 Pa. Code § 93.4d (relating to processing of petitions, evaluations and assessments to change a designated use), the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) gives notice that an evaluation will be conducted on the stream section listed to determine the proper aquatic life use designation in the Commonwealth's Water Quality Standards.

These assessments may lead to recommendations to the Environmental Quality Board for redesignation.
