Investigation Upon the Commission's Own Motion into matters pertaining to the proper service, accommodation, convenience and safety of the traveling public using the bridge that carries Township Road 378 (AAR 145 117 K, Formerly T-381) over and above the tracks of CSX Transportation, Inc., in Summit Township, Somerset County.
An Initial Hearing on this matter will be held Thursday, January 6, 2000 at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, 11th floor hearing room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
