Application for Merger of Livingston Mutual Insurance Company with and into Livingston Mutual Insurance Company of Pennsylvania [29 Pa.B. 6205] An application has been received requesting approval of the merger of Livingston Mutual Insurance Company, an insurance company organized under the laws of the State of New York, with and into Livingston Mutual Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (Livingston PA), a mutual fire insurance company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Companies Act (40 P. S. § 991.1401 et seq.), section 1957 of the Business Corporation Law (15 Pa. C.S. § 1957) and the GAA Amendments Act of 1990 (15 P. S. § 21101 et seq.). Persons wishing to comment on the merger are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
