INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AF&L Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Two LTC Return of Premium Riders; Rate Filing [36 Pa.B. 8024]
[Saturday, December 30, 2006]AF&L Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium on two return of premium riders. The company is requesting an increase of 575% on 123 policyholders of forms LTC-4, LTC-5 and LTC-93 in this Commonwealth who purchased rider RP-93. The company is also requesting an increase of 575% on 227 policyholders of forms NHP, LTC-5 and LTC-93 in this Commonwealth who purchased rider RPB.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 14, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
