 On August 23, 2011, the State Board of Barber Examiners (Board) suspended the license of Codell M. Daniels, license no. BL053826 of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The Board took this action under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated July 26, 2011, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
