INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Bankers Life and Casualty Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Long-Term Care Policy Forms; Rate Filing [35 Pa.B. 6600] Bankers Life and Casualty is requesting approval to increase the premium 35% for the following long-term care forms: GR-7A1, GR-N050, GR-N055, GR-N100, GR-N105, GR-N115, GR-N160, GR-N165, GR-N240, GR-N250, GR-N270 and GR-N280. The premium increase will affect 8,684 policyholders in this Commonwealth.
Unless formal administrative action is taken before February 1, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
