[Saturday, December 29, 2012]Aetna Health, Inc. requests approval to increase the rate for the HMO Conversion Plans. The average requested rate increase is 9.48%. The proposed rate increases would affect approximately 1,000 members and would produce additional income of about $468,000 annually. The requested effective date of the change is May 1, 2013.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 14, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
