Joint application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Rustic Acres Water Association for approval of: 1) the transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of the Rustic Acres Water Association to Pennsylvania-American Water Company; 2) the commencement by Pennsylvania-American Water Company of public water service in the certificated service territory of Rustic Acres Water Association; 3) the abandonment by Rustic Acres Water Association of all water service to the public; and 4) the commencement by Pennsylvania-American Water Company of water service in an additional portion of Lehman Township, Pike County, where Pennsylvania-American will construct an interconnecting pipeline prior to closing with Rustic Acres.

Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before January 14, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
