The principal items of work and approximate quantities are to clean out and plug two orphan oil/gas wells, estimated to be 3,500 feet in depth, to Department of Environmental Protection specifications; to prepare and restore well sites; and to mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. This project issues on December 20, 2013, and bids will be opened on January 28, 2014, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received.
