Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [26 Pa.B. 6225] Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 and section 2002 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)), an application has been made to the Department of Transportation by The Lakemont Partnership, who seeks to lease highway right-of-way located at the intersection of Logan Boulevard and S. R. I-99, associated with highway 1061-E06. The intended uses of the property are hospitality and tourist information area.
