[Saturday, December 27, 2008]Notice is hereby given that Harry Elwood Franks, Jr., having been disbarred from the practice law in the State of New Jersey by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated February 5, 2008, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred Harry Elwood Franks, Jr., from the practice of law in this Commonwealth by Order dated December 10, 2008, effective January 9, 2009. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
