Gavin, who was suspended from the practice of law in the state of New Jersey for a period of three months, by Order dated May 20, 2003, was Suspended by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for a period of three months, to run consecutive to the suspensions imposed by this Court by Orders dated August 1, 2002, and October 31, 2002. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
