[Saturday, December 26, 2015]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
City of DuBois and Sandy Township, Clearfield County. The parcel contains 16,340 square feet of improved land situated in DuBois, PA. The estimated fair market value is $6,500.
Interested persons are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to the Department of Transportation, Engineering District 2-0, Attn: John R.
