   On October 4, 2004, the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) suspended the vehicle salesperson license, No. MV-029508-L, of Raymond Mills, III for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty.

   Persons may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Thomas A. Blackburn, Board Counsel, State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

   This adjudication and order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
