Stream Redesignation Evaluations; Water Quality Standards Review [29 Pa.B. 6524] Under 25 Pa. Code § 93.4d (relating to public notice of receipt of evaluation or assessment of waters for High Quality or Exceptional Value Waters redesignation) the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) hereby gives notice that evaluations of all or portions of the streams listed below are being conducted. Persons who have technical data concerning the water quality, instream habitat or biological condition of these waters are encouraged to make it available to the Department for consideration in the assessment. These assessments may lead to recommendations to the Environmental Quality Board for redesignation.
Data should be submitted to Robert F. Frey, Division of Water Quality Assessment and Standards, Bureau of Watershed Conservation, P. O. Box 8555, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8555, E-mail frey.robert@dep.state.pa.us. Data should be submitted no later than January 25, 2000.
