[Saturday, December 24, 2011]The RiverSource Life Insurance Company (previously called IDS Life Insurance Company) is requesting approval to increase the premium 15% on 1,956 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form: 30160A.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 8, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
