Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Private Passenger Automobile Loss Cost Revision; Rate Filing [41 Pa.B. 6949]
[Saturday, December 24, 2011]On December 6, 2011, the Insurance Department received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 5.2% decrease in loss costs effective September 1, 2012.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 4, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
